Accounts Technician

Location – Head Office – Rostrevor -15 minutes from Newry

 

Working with our external Company Accountant we require:-

 

· Preparing Sub-Contractor Invoices/timesheets

· Filing monthly CIS Returns Working in direct contact with our external Company Accountant

. Inputting purchase & sales invoices.

. Bank/credit card reconciliations.

· Preparing End of Month accounts.

. Monthly supplier & debtors reports to Director.

. VAT Preparation North & South.

 

 

· Between 2-5 years’ experience working in a similar role.

· Excellent computer skills with a high level of competency in all Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with CIS, RCT and VAT returns

SAGE 50 experience essential.
