Over the last few years, we have put a real focus on innovation across the business.

One thing we have learned quickly is that innovation does not always come from large budgets or expensive systems. Sometimes it is simply a better process, clearer planning, or looking at a problem differently.

Working smarter does not mean cutting corners. It means challenging inefficiency and refusing to accept poor habits simply because “that’s how it has always been done”.
